10st 4 (haven't been to WW) I am dismayed that my diet calendar for September shows a deficit easily equivalent to a 4lb loss and yet here I am the same weight as my first Sept weigh in. I've always found the details on here accurate and I haven't skimped on cataloguing what I've eaten, including all the rubbish, of which I'm aware there's been plenty! So what is happening? It's depressing. On a brighter note, I went for a bike ride with a group of friends yesterday, first time I'd dusted it off since about this time in 2012, and oh boy does my tailbone know about it this morning! But I'm hoping to get out on it a bit more now it's out and the group are keen. My swimming buddy is changing jobs and likely to cancel her membership, which means I'll have to motivate myself to go or give mine up too, but swimming is so good and low impact that I really need to try and push myself to keep it up and make the membership worthwhile. I'm seeing the gynae doc soon, I had my coil out because I feared the weight was down to it, tho now it seems not, so it will be interesting to hear his opinion. Going to make a real effort this week and hope for a result next weigh in. Fall down seven times, get up eight... (she says, a little wearily now!)
