On the right track again 😊 and happy with the result considering I've struggled to get much walking in as my fibromyalgia hasn't been so good which was probably due to the stress of travelling. I know I need to look at portion control as my appetite is definitely larger since my visit to the UK and my indulgent lifestyle 😋. I am also still enjoying a naughty alcoholic drink in the evenings which is something I could stop if I wanted to lose weight quicker but I will see how things go as life's to short to deprive one's self of all naughtiness Off to the market tomorrow where there is a fantastic stall that you can pick out your own selection of fruit and vegetables and it all cost 1€ a kilo. I usually come away with at least a couple of bags bulging with beautiful plump tomatoes, a rainbow of peppers, penguin like aubergines (sometimes they have the stripey variety which look like penguins in pyjamas 🐧), courgettes, the little crocodile skinned cucumbers, the small creamy textured avocados which taste so nutty and nice and what ever else is in season over here. You do have to pay 2€ for watermelons but they are bigger than basketballs so I'm not complaining. I am so lucky being able to live my best life 😊
