I'm still retaining fluid, but decided to weigh in today. To put it in perspective, I've dropped 10lbs since Wednesday. Just another 6 to go. My hands are still tight feeling, and I just feel swollen still. I've still been hitting my step goals, and we'll keep working towards meeting that goal again today. Maybe by the end of the weekend the water weight might have finished coming off. On another note, I was looking for pics of some of my old haircuts, because I kinda wacked off like 3-4inches of hair and I'm not quite happy with how it turned out. I'm probably going back to have more of my hair cut off so it's a bit shorter with a different look sometime in the next week or so. Anywho, while going through my old pictures I found my face comparison I did back in May, so I took a pic and added them all together. I'm totally stoked about it, though my resting *itch face doesn't seem like it in the photos. lol. My cheeks don't seem as round as they did a few months ago. Plans for today: Farmer's market, walking, pool supply store. Happy Friday everyone!
