The challenge will be done on Monday. I am beyond excited about the lifestyle and habits I was able to form and maintain. All glory to God - how great He is! I have lost about 13kg is 8 weeks, I am so excited that the end of this challenge will not strike a feeling of release but rather a ticked box and the start of a new chapter of sustainable control, health and happiness with my body and my lifestyle!
