I'm starting Ketogenic diet. I will be doing the Cyclical Ketogenic diet, which is 5-6 days low carb high fat and 1-2 day high carb low fat. I will stick to 5 days on, 2 days off.

For exercise, I do Crossfit 3-4 times per week.

I also have been Intermittent Fasting for awhile, so I'm used to purposefully skipping breakfast and eating from 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Unless my body reacts negatively I will incorporate IF as well to the plan.

Monday - Friday
159P 152F 30C (grams)

Saturday - Sunday
1st 24 hrs: 144P 64F 675C
2nd 24 hrs: 135P 33F 335C

I'm at 180 lbs, 14% body fat. I would like to be 170 lbs, 8-10% body fat.

I will continue this plan until the goal is reached.
