Somewhat discouraged today - my weight loss is stablilizing at about 4 lbs, but it is doing a daily yo-yo. I'm eating right, but haven't been able to do the long walks due to the unbearable heat. I'm sure once I can walk again, the pounds will be coming off; at least that's my plan. The temperature is lower today, so I'm going to get out early this morning and go to the store - walking. Also, I bought a blender last night for my breakfast fruit and milk drinks.
