Had two days over my calorie targets this week but not completely out of control. Way to many Almonds on one day and eating the whole container of Hummus on Wasa fiber-rye crisps on the other. Could have been a lot worse. It's been 2 months of hard core calorie tracking and I've lost 24lbs which is cool. My buddy said 24lbs off me was like tossing a deck chair off the Queen Mary.....and he's my friend :-) I've noticed my energy level has increased and have started walking further then I have in the past. At first, instead of driving around the parking lot looking for the closet spot at the mall I now park at the furthest one. Good news there's always a stall available. I then purchased one of those Fitbit Flex trackers, My goal at this time is 5000 steps plus per day so at night I'll check and if I'm short it's shoe's on out the door. It's not running a marathon but it's a long way from where I've been for many years. Cheers all!
