3 pounds down in 2 days. Just shows how grains cause inflamation and water retention. Looking forward to today, day 3, which is historically my worst day. Tomorrow will be easier and by day 5 my carb cravings should be under control. Oh, and one more positive. Someone brought multi-layered chocolate cake into the office. I just said no!

Great job! You can do it. Have you tried a MIM for those carb cravings? I find that they satisfy my carb cravings and I have one almost every morning with butter. Yummy!

At my office, people stopped offering me sweets/desserts b/c I always say No Thanks. But now I find it rude of people to ignore me. LOLL. I still want to be asked, so I can politely decline. Good job! Saying "No" shouldn't be hard at all especially at work. They are not family.

Depends on what type of grains your talking about. Many whole grains reduce heart disease, give you plenty of vitamins and minerals, keep you regular because of high fiber and help with weight loss.

Thank you all for the support. I'm not used to it and I love it! I'd agree about the whole grains except I was tested and show a strong sensitivity to all grains, even oats. They cause inflammation in my tissues. So all I can do for fiber is flax seed (which luckily I've learned to prepare well) and wild rice, which is also a grass and not a grain. What's a MIM? Will this come to me at 2 AM?
