I gained 3 pounds. Got off track since being on vacation in May. I know all my fault I let myself relax a little . Weather was beautiful when we went to Florida. Did good kept up with my walking down there. We returned home just as the heat and humidity hit. That zaps all the energy out of me then I get this lackluster of wanting to walk. We have a pool and even that doesn't entice me to walk in. I have low thyroid and wonder if that has something to do with it. Seems every summer I get like this. I am gonna pay attention and see if I get this way next summer. I'm going to have to push myself to get back to walking.
