My armband says 6 pounds lost in 30 days. But I haven't been doing this for the 30 days. I got a late start. It says 3.8 pounds for this week. Still confusing me on that. Also confused on how it calculates my sleep. It is never right for the day that I'm on. The band says average of 1.82 pounds. I won't reach my goal until August 18,2015. That's 40 days later than my goal. Have to step it up a little. Walked 15 rounds. From 7:35 to 8:25. Maybe this week will be better.
