This phase of my diet will be to watch what I eat, limiting carbs, to no more then once a day, if that. Restricting refined sugars especially. Over the weekend "Splurge" where I allowed myself some fried shrimp, I did discover it was hard on my digestive system, and that was a confirmation that I do need to avoid fried foods.. Sighh.. but, during phase 2 of my HCG diet protocol, I found I could survive without those added calories.

I seemed to have gained 2 pounds over the weekend and lost one of those gained pounds by being careful of what I ate yesterday yet what I ate was not overly restrictive, as I did not go hungry.

Today I plan to be more restrictive, yet I did allow myself a breakfast.

I plan to enjoy the day, and if it is not too rainy well even if it is I still have the WII. I plan to excercise and eat well.
