I managed to stay away from the donuts and the sugary coffee at work today. We don't usually work Saturday, and someone thought it was a treat.
I got hungry and buzzed over to the grocery and got guacamole, which i put a spoonful on romaine lettuce leaves and eat 4. I also got rotisserie chicken which i ate too much of because I acted like I was out of control hungry and didn't think it through.
I did eat too many cookies last night, paid for it. I refrained from going out to dinner because I know i would have eaten what I can't right now, and I am proud of myself except for the cookies, lol. Hey, they are gone, no more in house!
