I ate 4 woolies chocolate chip cookies this morning and you know what, after I was finished I felt insanely guilty, then I thought why? Why am I guilty for rewarding myself? I work my ass off every single day, I get up at 3 am to exercise before work, I count my macros, I log my food,so I will be dammed if I feel guilty for rewarding myself. ladies and gents let's stop beating ourselves up and feeling guilty for spoiling ourselves every once in a while, those 4 cookies wont make you gain weight or loose your muscle you have been working so hard on.... We are all here to be the best and healthiest versions of ourselves, BUT we are also here to live our best life. Why else do we work so hard if we cannot spoil ourselves evey now and then
