Will go on Dukan diet when get back home next week. Till then expecting to put 4 more pounds,,, can't resist food :(

Don't overindulge because you feel guilty already :-) that will make your future struggle more unpleasant. Start moving more and shake off the guilt.

distract yourself. drink lots of water to feel full before you "HAVE TO" have a snack so you eat less of it... put your worst picture of yourself on your cabinet and on the fridge... you can avoid this and work at it if you want to... if you don't Want to - then have at it.
