Slow and steady still wins the race! I'm gettting there, one pound at a time. I've decided to just lose in 5 pound increments since it seems like I'm losing like 5 pounds a month now. So next short term goal is 155 by the end of this month and 150 by the end of August and so forth and so on. I noticed the weight is staying off when I do it the right way. It takes time for your body to adjust to a smaller weight anyway so why not adjust while I'm losing.

Getting more and more compliments on my weight loss. God is good! My hubby is motivated to work out! He lost 14 pounds easily by eating right and working out to P90X and now he even works out without me. WOW! Talk about a miracle. It makes it so much easier when your spouse is on board. HALLELUJAH!
