Goal met 61kg And setting my new goal. It’s really working well for me doing this I’m small steps. Got to do a measurements soon or a progress photo the last one was at 67.5kg don’t see much of a difference really.

I’ve been doing modified pushups since April 25th I’m up to 60 a day along with 120 crunches now can’t see any stomach muscles but my arms have proper biceps now and I have all this shoulder definition and it looks great. I started of doing a 30 day challenge and I’m so happy with the results. It’s toned up my arms and made the flabby areas fade.

well done. how often do you weigh yourself? i'm weighing daily and not sure if this is best or not

@mist1234 I want to say nearly every morning but sometimes I forget. I log it in my fitness tracker and that gives me a weekly average. I’d say just do whatever feels good for you once a day once a week ? There’s no right or wrong

@nedra you are doing great. Those are the same swaps I had to make too. Right now pak choy / bok choy is in season im adding it to everything I make it’s a great filling vegetable 😊 I’m glad it’s going so well for you now you are making some adjustments.
