First Day! Restarting weight loss journey after stay at home mandates. Finished in my eating window today. Going KETO in a 20/4 IF window. Going to try breakfast and early lunch and see how I feel. Eating good food. Taking daily supplements. Going to try to stay under 50% of my RDI. Will start more exercise in about 2 weeks. This will be the real test.
