Yesterday was a great day, had a phenomenal workout in the morning and although I exceeded my calorie requirements slightly, I feel good about the types of food and the amounts I ate, since I was out and about most of the afternoon.

Yesterdays workout:
30 min on treadmill at 4.0 speed and 2.0 incline
32 min on treadmill at 3.5 speed and 5.0 incline
3 reps of 15 with 10lb weights arms (free weights)
3 reps of 12 with 40lb weight arms (machine)
3 reps of 10 leg lifts on roman chair

Measurements
Body Fat % - 26.9
Body Water % - 55.4
Muscle Mass % - 40.7
Bone Mass - 4.4 lbs

So far body measurements are looking good, however I am skeptical about the fluctuation in body fat% from yesterday to today. However manuals says to take it daily for a month to get a true average. I also realized that there is an "athletic mode" and a "normal mode". It says to select the althletic mode if your resting heart rate is 60, which mine is and you do at least 10 hours a week of aerobic activity, that part I am not so sure about.

My measurements under the normal mode were:
Body Fat % - 34.8
Body Water % - 48.4
Muscle Mass % - 38.8
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs

I'll do a little more research about the type of exercise I do and them make a determination.
