Increased calories from 1200 to 1350 for 3 months now, more active than ever and the weigh loss is so slow! (Monthly weigh in) I’m frustrated because maintenance calories are going to be lower than I want especially when winter comes around again and I’m less active.

Be patient. Weight loose is not everything. Focus of fat loose instead. Is it possible that you lost fat and increased mass gain ?

Also thinking your muscles are stronger and of course will be weigh more. This is good. How do your clothes fit?

I struggle to keep active, too, when the weather turns bad here and I can't get up to the hills. I do cross country ski, but the roads don't always cooperate. Walking is miserable on days with 30 MPH winds. I'm considering joining a gym this fall.

It’s not muscle. I do join a gym in the winter but 30 minutes on a treadmill or water walking 3-4 times a week pales in comparison to what I can do over summer. The gym bores me to tears as well. Maybe I will focus on resistance training in the winter instead.

Thanks all. I might be lowering my goal weight down to 130 but weights might help with metabolism a bit.
