I honestly had to weigh myself several times! Im having a hard time believing this, waited an hour and weighed again, scale keeps showing the same number. After hitting all my goals and peeing like crazy yesterday I was expecting a loss for today but not this much! I have noticed a change in the mirror and in my clothes over the past couple of days. Up until now it's only been friends and family who have commented on my weight loss but last night I had several coworkers and nurses that I deliver meds for, compliment me on loosing weight. When I first started this journey I couldn't really see a difference at first, even after loosing 10 to 20 lbs. Now I can notice a change after just 5lbs, I see the difference. I'm not sure if it's my perception that's changed or maybe it's because 5lbs change on a larger person is less noticeable then on a smaller person.
