Try to just focus on what you are eating. Dont get too hung up if your weight loss for a week is not what you hoped. If you just keep on eating less calories than you burn, the pounds will come off. That is a mathematial certainty. I can easily fluctuate 2-3 pounds from day to day just due to hydration level, sodium intake, etc. Glad to see you are sticking with it through what has been your tough period in the past. Focus on the deeper why(s) you want to lose weight. For me it is so I will be around to enjoy time with my son for many years and the energy to still do the very active things he likes to do. Find out your real why and it will be easier to stick to the day to day.
