Feeling motivated again after being totally sluggish yesterday; though I did get in quite a bit of bike riding substituting my car errand with bike errands. Lost a little, .2 pounds but it will probably show a bigger number on Wednesday or Thursday.

Good on bike errands. You make me jealous doing that! I have a new bike that I need to build up some time on so I can ride further.

I appreciate the support you guys and girls. Yeah, the bike for errands was pretty cool but I do need sunblock next time. Living at the beach it doesn't get real hot but the sun's rays get you; you just don't notice until later. I looked at everyone's stats and were all making great progress so let's keep it going! And yeah, Chicken Taco Tuesday for me (substituted Romaine lettuce for tortilla). Yum.
