I honestly don't want to sound like I'm making excuses, but I think it's fine to change things up, because all in all, we're still eating so much more healthy than we ever were. Does that make sense? For an example, I'm not going to get all upset at myself for having a small setback and eating one thing I'm not supposed to, because overall, I've been eating so much more healthy these past few days that I have before, which is great.
