I've plateaued on my weight and will have to start getting serious to take the last ten pounds off. The good news is that when I follow the eight-hour diet, I don't get that hungry during the rest of the time.

Yesterday was disturbing because while doing the front leg lifts during Pilates, I had more difficulty. Maybe I shouldn't get discouraged because of one session. I did an extra 15 minutes of leg toning exercises at the back of the book just in case. I'm thinking about getting some ankle weights, although they seem to have pros and cons. If worst comes to worst, I may shift from the stationary cycle to the stepper, although I find the stepper boring because I can't watch tv as I can with the bike. Also, to be honest, the stepper takes more exertion. Another possibility is stepping up my bike rides.

I did make progress towards clearing and organizing the front room. My goal is to turn it into a home gym. It's cooler than the bedroom because I can open the door and the breeze blows through.
