Well I haven’t weighed myself since July of last year and have really regressed to a bad diet I haven’t biked since I crashed last November. So starting today I’m going to cut out chips and try to really reduce bread consumption but not beer. Also less fast food we are going a couple times a week now. Also my bike is in the shop at sport check and should get it back in a week or so. Well try to bike ride five days a week.
