Hi I am 46 uears old. This is the start of my journey with my weight loss for my health. I am only 5'2 and at 257 lbs I looked terrible to myself. When u went to bed there was so much weight in my chest area that I felt like I was smothering. My self esteem ran a hide. I have also learned that I have narrowing of my spinal cord bone and the excessive weight was not helping. I'd like to stay around as long as I can with my family. Then 2 years ago the love of my life was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma which is not curable. So I worked all the times trying just to make ends meet and forgot there was a me there to. Then if I also didn't take care of me then I can help take care of anyone else. it is hard bit it can be done. Then with Jesus I seem to be doing ok wish process was quicker but good things come to those who wait.
