Wow. I lost another 600 grams today, bringing me down to 112.3 kgs. I am now in my bottom 5% before I reach my goal. I have had SO much fluctuation and it's been driving me nuts, but I am so happy that it seems to be done with. For now. Hopefully this time I will keep going and reach the goal soon. This is a great step forward. please let it keep going! :)
