Last week was a good week. I lost 3.4 pounds! And it wasn't that difficult. I weighed in at 218.2 this morning and my goal for the week is to be at 215 by next Monday. The goal for month's end is 207. What is your goal for the week?

Bill shared his 16:8 fast which I will try this week. I will do it today and Wednesday and see how my body reacts. Wish me luck Bill.

Draglist, I want to make sure I am getting this right. You have 18 hours of fasting and you begin counting the hours at midnight? So by 4 pm, you have finished your fasting and then can eat anywhere in that time period? Am I getting the timing right if not the exact hours you use? Assuming I'm correct, it is getting close to 3:30 pm here and I can eat pretty soon, though surprisingly not too hungry. Thanks for your help Bill and you're awesome dude!
