Up again after a carb heavy holiday. Went on a cruise 🚢 for my first year wedding anniversary, really enjoyed it, also got to see the grandparents. A holiday well spent but detrimental to my health.

I have a short time before a leave for my new adventure , so really want to try and lose some weight before I go.

Also want to lose weight so I look good, and that I can make a good impression.
