I know it's not .4 pounds is not much of a loss but it's a start since I gained 5 pounds from taking Prednisone for 5 days! :) I cheated a tiny bit on my diet but really clung to the diet!

100.5 kg これまでの減量分: 3.4 kg. 残り: 29.8 kg. ダイエット続き: 不十分.
