I am now suspicious of my electronic scales; maybe the battery needs to be changed. Yesterday morning I had gained over a kilo in one day, which surprized me although I had eaten about 2 1/2 times my calories (oh Indian restaurant buffet). I was unwell yesterday (probably due to my greed at the Indian restaurant buffet, husband ate the same and was fine) and had about a third of my calories so expected to see a slight drop this morning but not a loss of 1.8kg in 24 hours. The funny thing is that I can actually see the difference on my body. I am happy with the weight loss and will try hard to improve on it, back to real food and no more sweets and cakes (mostly).
