Good Morning, I am back from house sitting. All is well with me. I still struggle sometimes with my image of myself. I am working on that. I still think of myself as fat at times. It is that old body image thing. I think women worry about that more than men. But who knows. I feel like I ate too much while housesitting but I have lost some weight so that is good. I do not remember if I told you I saw the Cardiologist and my blood pressure was good and he was shocked at the weight I had lost. He gave me a clean bill of health and said I only have to come once a year for a checkup. This is a good thing. Going to the doctor is not my favorite thing. Well got to get to it and go downstairs and have my Medifast coffee. Talk to you later.
