Really really pleased.with losing 16 lbs.in 8 weeks.with no planned.exercise. Even.with eating.sweets (1-2 cookies daily) the loss continues. Close to buying a bike. Lighter.weight than since I did BFL at least 10 years ago. Goal weight of 180 by my birthday, if not sooner. Maybe even Labor Day.
