WEEK 16 - 38.7bf.. weight just creeping up a tad. Back into normal routine this week so lets hope i get back in 110kgs. But time for confessionals. Whilst I do keto and try to more carnivore, I did do a couple of business meals last week, but whilst meat based there were peas, coleslaw and perhaps some other naughty veg. In train station and On train back home, Id bought a bar of chocolate (70%), 2 sandwiches which had bread (yuk! why did I do that), a pastie which wasnt great but I ate anyway, a kit kat. Also ate 2 scotch eggs.. (note it did take me 5 and half hours to get home). Friday night Id drank gin which included a mixer and odd bit of orange. Too much gin perhaps, although didnt get drunk whatsoever.. so waste of time? Aware though that when I drink alcohol it takes 3 days before I start losing weight again. Ive also been sneaking small bits of chocolate, sure its 85% dark but I need to stop..

I think what Im saying is as follows.. Its my own fault ive not lost weight last week. Keto food gods.. forgive me. I need to get back on it..........
