Did a surprising 6.6 miles on the bike today. 35 minutes of alternating sprints on level 6 then resting at level 1. I get a much better workout like this than just a mediocre speed all the way thru. Leg and foot a little swollen tonight because I've been up and down the stairs all night doing laundry. Stairs are getting a little easier but still much nemesis! I keep thinking I'm gonna fall. Just don't trust my leg and foot yet. I'm steadily gaining more confidence and wanna try more. But I'm gonna stick to my schedule as it has provided positive results thus far. Don't know what I'm gonna do after surgery. Maybe upper body weights for 6 months? Someone will have to wheel me in to gym. lolol😅😆🤣😂
