These past few weeks have been a bit WTF for me, I don't seem to know what I'm doing half the time and my eating and exercise has gone out the window. real rough to see how quick the weight comes back 🤬 I was left at home alone for a whole week and faaaaar out I tell ya what when you're a parent and your kids are away you eat all the food you don't want to share with them right?? We live in a town that has recently opened a sal's pizza ... enough said ?🥴

so anyway, back into it again today. glad I found the balls to get on the scales now rather than in another 10kgs time
