Great week, ate a lot of baked chicken, sweet potatoes, salad, strawberries. Need to get a bit more variety on the protein. Still no deserts, no alcohol. Had 1 Diet coke finally. No serious cheat days and really have no desire. 28 days without dessert completed. Also made Magic bars for class this morning and hand NONEW. No, not even a taste! Feeling really good about myself!
