Down 3 pounds this week so far. This morning my usual Woo Hoo has turned into a more reflective one; one that sees his old self before the setbacks of the past 5 years. Knowing that I have to get down to a certain weight and continue being consistent with exercise to make my body more efficient is a mental exercise in itself. So now I'm there mentally.
It's taken about 4 months to lose a little over 30 pounds. Before I was so in a hurry to lose this weight fast in big chunks like I did when I got a little above my ideal weight when I was in college, but not now. I know I will get there...it just takes time.
Enough reflection! Going to have a light breakfast and get in a lower body workout on the leg press and curl machine, along with toe raises. Have a great day and stay positive.
