After a week's vacation at an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica, I am not too upset by the nominal gain. Time to get back on the wagon today and get to where I need to be for the future.

I know what you mean. I'm going on a cruise in May and I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for a small gain. I want to really enjoy myself but I don't want to over indulge either.
