Well I may have to back off on taking the Bicarbonate of Soda just found out it is loaded with sodium and due to some health considerations I was using it medicinally. I will still use it but at a fraction of what I was using. Staying alkaline is really important so I just can't overdue it. Other than that I feel like I am pretty much on track but have noticed that this thing with having to constantly watch every bite I eat sucks. What sucks even more is that I will have to be on my guard the rest of my life if I don't want to slip back in to complacent obesity. All in all having to monitor my food intake still wins out over gaining weight or being unhealthy.

It's definitely going to be a lifelong journey and battle not to go backwards into obesity. I know I'm going to have to fight it all the time, but boy, it's worth it !!! :)

they have a non sodium Alka-Seltze. My doctor told my mom and I if need to have that or just Seltzer water which has no sodium.
