This last week I was hungrier than usual. Looking for snacks. Going out for dinner Friday & Saturday also didn't help with proper eating. Saturday morning I decided I should do something outside versus going to the gym. So I tried jogging. It was harder than I expected. I do a lot of indoor cardio classes. I reviewed with my friend who's a phy ed teacher Saturday night. I was glad to hear I did good for a first time. I need to work into it more gradual. I'll have to try to make this a Saturday morning summer activity... I'd like to get better at it.
