I haven't been here as much over the past week but love to read everyone's journals and have been logging my foods differently: on paper! Well, it got me out of my plateau but perhaps I am not being as diligent with my food choices. Or perhaps my body is not ready to get rid of some of this extra weight and fat it's gotten used to. I simply look like I'm pregnant. Which also keeps the idea on my mind: will I have another one, or are we done? It's now or never. Busy with kids and their school stuff, and spring feels like it's finally coming; our little purple crocuses have arrived! My big 40th birthday is coming up; right around the corner . . . . A bit of introspection about where my life is and where it's going and the little things that can improve it!
