Does anyone else dread stepping on the scale after a long weekend? It doesn’t seem to matter how carefully I follow my diet my mind still thinks the number on that scale is going to climb.

Going to attempt to return to the gym again today, I’m hoping my toe has had enough time to heal that I can manage an hour walking on the treadmill. I never thought I could enjoy going to a gym or that I’d get antsy when I couldn’t go.
