Well, nothing lost...nothing gained!!! Good but not good! I am glad I have not been gaining, but sad I have not been loosing it either. I have added weights to my work out and I believe that might have a lot to do with it. I have been working out 3 to 4 days a week and it is so great, I am very sore, but it is a great feeling! Doing cardio at least 2x during the week also. Not only working out, but playing softball 4 nights a week and on the weekend, so you can see that I am not lacking in exercise for sure...my eating habits are not all that great though...I am struggling because of not being home so much I am not able to cook the proper foods...when we have to stop and grab a bit, I try to be sure it is something small or a salad or something that is fairly healthy, but I know fast food is not the answer....summers just kill me with the eating. If it was winter all year long and I was home and able to cook I would be great! But it isn't and I know I need to try harder...we are going camping this weekend and I went to the store and purchased a lot of fruit, but there is only so much you can do while camping, I am going to make the best of it and stick to the eating as best as I possibly can!
