it was a great exercise day yesterday. We rode the bikes for about 20 miles and I got in some punching on the heavy bag time and leg exercises. But dinner was late and way too much but...no weight gain! I'm upping my goal this week to 5.8 pounds. I will be at 241 on Monday the 24th.
