Did much better this last trip. Bought myself new, professionally fitted shoes yesterday. I never knew my ankles rolled when I run. The shoes should help. I've read other people talk about being able to look at themselves in the mirror and have acceptance and what not. Well I realized I haven't done that or aren't there yet. Went out Saturday night and one of the picture taken of me really shocked me. I know I have extra but I didn't realize it was that much. Pushing forward and working on acceptance
