WOO HOO!!! I BROKE BELOW 247 WITH .6 POUNDS LOST. IT WAS A BIT FRUSTRATING LOSING .2 EVERY DAY FOR TOO LONG SO THIS WAS A GOOD THING. I HAVEN'T BEEN AROUND THIS WEIGHT SINCE MID JANUARY OF 2012. GOOD CHANGES IN MY LIFE PHYSICALLY; GETTING AT LEAST THE MORNING 5 MILE BIKE RIDE IN AND AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF RESISTENCE TRAINING IN. MY NEW COMPLEX HAS A LEG PRESS WHICH I LOVE. IT'S LIKE DOING SQUATS WITHOUT THE STRAIN ON MY KNEES. NUTRITION WISE, I EAT CHICKEN AND FISH ONLY WHEN IT COMES TO MEAT TYPE OF PROTEIN, AND WATER RICH FOODS, MOSTLY RAW. I'VE COME TO FIND HOW DELICIOUS SOME FOODS REALLY ARE WITH JUST A FLASH BOIL.

THESE POSITIVE CHANGES AREN'T JUST DIET AND EXERCISE BUT MIND AND SPIRIT. FOR THE LONGEST TIME, I'VE IGNORED PEOPLE WHO HAVE HURT ME IN THE PAST EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE TRIED TO REACH OUT COUNTLESS TIMES. I FINALLY REACHED BACK AND ACCEPTED APOLOGIES AND HAVE EVEN GOTTEN TOGETHER AS A SHOW OF RENEWED FRIENDSHIP. I HAVE ALSO APOLOGIZED TO THOSE I'VE HURT. THIS HAS CLEANSED MY SOUL SO TO SPEAK AND HAS ALLOWED ME TO MOVE FORWARD WITH A CLEAR MIND TO DEAL WITH THE FINANCIAL AND FAMILY AND RELATIONSHIPS ASPECT OF MY LIFE WITH A CLEAR HEAD.

IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE I WILL GET THE GOAL WEIGHT OF 244 BUT I MAY MAKE IT IN THE 245'S AND FOR SURE IN THE 230'S TWO WEEKS FROM NOW. WOO HOO!!
