I had a lot of success on Atkins ten years ago. Lost 50 lbs and kept 40 of it off for about 5 years. I put on 30 lbs in one year about 4 years ago, and another 10 lbs the year after that. I'm about 10 lbs from my highest ever weight, so I think it is beyond time I tried something. Here goes.
