Hmmm, my weight went back up but my waist and the body fat percentage reading are ok. Well, let's keep going and see what happens...
Yesterday I did a much harder cardio routine. My heart was pumping so hard it almost blew lol (figuratively speaking). I couldn't do it perfectly and I only got to 19 minutes before I had to stop. :)

today I was supposed to do those push up and pull up sets but I'm feeling mighty lazy and somewhat tired. I'm still not sure if I'm gonna do them though :)
