I am a stress eater. And it's not that easy to get done with it. Many years of stress eating can't be forgotten in a month or two. I felt very stressed yesterday all day long. In a result I ate twice as much as I normally ate those two months while slimming. And what's the worse - I didn't have anything healthy to grab and put in my mouth at home when I arrived. It was about midnight, when I ate up 1 chocolate candy and 1 (quite large) wafer :( Why I still had them at home??
